Welcome to Bravo Allied Health!
We're a mobile community allied health organisation dedicated to serving NDIS participants in Bendigo and Hobart and their surrounding areas across various settings. Our focus lies in providing specialised and tailored clinical approaches to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Many of our participants are young individuals with dual diagnoses, forensic histories, behaviours of concern, and backgrounds of trauma. We specialise in forming supportive and proficient care teams, collaborating closely with them to implement effective interdisciplinary approaches.
At Bravo Allied Health, we're committed to diversity and equal-opportunity employment.

Mobile Occupational Therapist & Speech Therapist | Work from Home and in the Community | $90k-$110k + bonuses
Fed up with back-to-back appointments and mountains of admin?
We get it. That's why we do things differently at Bravo Allied Health.
You'll work one-on-one with neurodivergent kids and young people in their actual world - their homes, schools, and local community. Proper therapy, in real-world environments, brings about genuine change.
What's in it for you?
The money bit:
$90k-$110k base + performance bonuses that are actually achievable
Study allowances, and we'll cover your travel costs
Flexible working from home (when it makes sense)
The interesting stuff:
Caseloads designed around what you're good at and enjoy
Animal-assisted therapy training available
Build your expertise, including trauma-informed practice and sensory modulation.
The support:
Regular supervision that's actually helpful
Peer mentoring with experienced therapists
Team breakfast meetings every fortnight (we cook proper food)
The realistic expectations:
KPIs focused on outcomes, not how many people you can squeeze in
Manageable caseloads
Time to do the job properly
Who we're looking for
Someone who gets frustrated with cookie-cutter approaches. You'll be working with complex kids - neurodivergent young people with multiple diagnoses who need specialists who actually understand them.
This is an autonomous practice. You'll need courage to build genuine connections, trust your clinical judgement, and respect the communities you're working in.
You'll need:
OT or SLP qualification + current relevant registration
NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Check, Police Check
Full Australian driver's licence
Genuine interest in neurodiversity-affirming practice
What our team's actually like
We don’t just talk about inclusion - we live it. Different perspectives make for better outcomes.
The culture is friendly and practical—no corporate nonsense. Our participants love it, and so do we.
Some of our team’s recent training: animal therapy, eating disorders, LEGO therapy, trauma approaches, neurodevelopment, and sensory work. Always learning something new.
Sound like your kind of place?
We'd love to hear from you at support@bravoalliedhealth.org
Equal opportunity employer. If you're neurodivergent yourself, even better—you'll likely find a sense of belonging.
